I’m ready for Fall by mid-September, apple picking, hayrides, cardigans, and especially Pumpkin Spice Whipped Coffee. I know that it is a super controversial topic right up there with politics and religion. Some friends will not even consider sipping anything that is pumpkin until the first day of Fall. On the other hand, I can’t wait. Maybe this Pumpkin Spiced Whipped Coffee could be bi-partisan and bring us all together.

Icey Spiced Whipped Coffee
This Pumpkin Spice Whipped Coffee is the perfect transition into Fall. It’s served cold, so if you’re an iced coffee lover, this is a great drink to kick off the harvest season.
Seeing how the coffee whipped up to caramel-colored peaks of perfection, I wanted to make it for myself. I am so glad I did. This whipped coffee is both refreshing and rich and tastes like fluffy clouds from heaven.
The recipe is straightforward and uses simple ingredients: Instant coffee granules, sugar, hot water, milk, and ice. With Fall on my mind, I wanted to add a pumpkin spice flare.
Pumpkin Whipped Coffee
I host Thanksgiving, and even though the meal is the focal point of the Holiday, I love to do a dessert and coffee bar with lots of options. Besides the spread of desserts, I will have different coffee creamers and flavors of the season. I love the Torani coffeehouse syrups and found a variety pack of Caramel, Peppermint, and Pumpkin Spice. I tried the pumpkin spice syrup for this recipe, and it was perfect. If you don’t want to use the syrups but still want to have the fall flavor, add pumpkin spice creamer to your milk instead.
Whip it, Scoop it, Stir it, Sip it
So here it is, my Fall version of whipped coffee. You will add the instant coffee granules, sugar, pumpkin spice syrup, and hot water into a bowl and whip! You can use manual power and whip by hand with a whisk, but I have a perfectly good hand mixer just for this sort of task. Within a couple of minutes, you get this amazing foamy goodness.
And then after a minute or two more, the medium peaks form, and that is exactly what you’re looking for.
Next, fill a glass with ice and milk of your choice. I added a splash of the pumpkin spice syrup to my milk to really drive the flavor home, but that is totally optional.
Using a spoon or ice cream, scoop top off your milk with the whipped coffee. Use a straw to stir gently. As you mix them, you get a perfect balance of decadent coffee and ice-cold refreshing milk. It’s truly a delicious treat that can be enjoyed year-round.
