The no bake peanuts and cocoa powder are a match made in heaven. I use dry roasted peanuts and run them in the food processor, so after a couple of minutes, the oils start to release from the peanuts. I add cocoa powder, unsweetened coconut flakes, dates, and a pinch of salt. The unsweetened coconut flakes add a nutty, warm flavor, while the dates are a sweet sticky delight that binds the whole recipe together. Run your food processor until a dough forms. Because the peanuts have started to release oils, and because the dates the perfect sticky texture, that may be enough liquid to bind everything together. If you find you need to add a little liquid, you could use a splash of vanilla extract or water.
